Before departure you will receive detailed pre-trip information with visa and passport requirements managed on your behalf – as well as travelling, luggage tips and an overview of travel information for Argentina.
- Limited to 10 individual travellers only – each individual or couple is guaranteed individual sleeping quarters in modern shared apartment accommodation in Buenos Aires – that include kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms and all with excellent security. Accommodation is always allocated on an order of a first paid first booked basis. For the stay in Mendoza for individual travellers twin-share may sometimes (rarely) be required depending on the season – but Howdy Buenos Aires is proud of its ‘no twin share’ policy and does all in its power to ensure this is this the case. (On the rare occasions when twin share is required the packages will be discounted accordingly)
- Apartment Accommodation: Howdy Buenos Aires has a policy of placing guests in apartment accommodation – and guarantees a private room for each guest/couple in a tidy and secure apartment. These apartments are of an excellent standard but come in all shapes and sizes as they are Argentine apartments owned by Argentines.
- Each traveller will be required to provide for the following:
- Day-to-day incidental expenses, meals, drinks and all related on the ground daily travel expenses and cover charges to selected events/tours etc bigger ticket items are entry to football match.
- Travel insurance for the period abroad
- Departure tax at Buenos Aires International Airport – approx US$20.
- Howdy Buenos Aires is reliant upon the airline and related travel providers performing and providing their services on time and to their usual standards – while Howdy Buenos Aires will move heaven and earth to ensure events, flights, restaurants etc are on schedule and open when stated – Howdy Buenos Aires cannot accept responsibility for any third party’s negligence or non-performance
- By dealing with Howdy Buenos Aries you agree that Howdy Buenos Aires (and its agents, employees and independent contractors) are not responsible for: (a) any loss or damage whatsoever including loss of services and loss arising from negligence and/or from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injury, which you may sustain while engaged on any tour, means of transportation or other services covered by a Howdy Buenos Aires tour;(b) any loss, injury or damage resulting from Acts of God, breakdown of machinery or equipment, any delays or changes of itinerary, including any extra expense which you may incur as a result of any of these causes.
- Howdy Buenos Aires Tour will only take place if a paid up quorum of travellers exists – in the event of a quorum not being reached all and any monies paid will be refunded in full. Pricing is firm as of time of publication only.
